Improve performance, productivity and efficiency
As Operation & Production Manager you will be working closely with the management in assessing, what needs to be implemented in the Danish operations, to continue supporting the growth of product assembly demand, that we see for the OEM markets and the probability of expanding existing assembly capacity.

•    Determining quality control standards
•    Planning and organizing production schedules
•    Supervising, managing and organizing staff
•    Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
•    Participation on cross-functional projects to improve Kinetico´s overall efficiency as a company

Know the industry and guide
To further develop professional and technical knowledge, you will regularly seek out new insights and attend educational workshops. You will also be sparring and knowledge sharing with colleagues. When faced with issues, you resolve these by applying your expertise to investigate problems, propose solutions, prepare reports and make recommendations.

You will be working in an independent position and in close cooperation with our colleagues across the entire organization. You will primarily handle the Danish organization and tasks in this regard. 

Quality and customer conscious manager with solid technical understanding
•    You have a  professional degree equivalent to a bachelor's level or associate level in management, engineering or related relevant education
•    You have a min. 5 year+ experience with a proven track record
•    You have a knowledge of business principles involved and in strategic planning and resource allocation
•    You work systematically and independently, and you are a great motivator
•    You have a great comprehension of technology and a desire to gain knowledge and insight
•    You speak and write English effortlessly

As a person, you are known to be outgoing and dedicated to your job, showing great drive. You are ambitious, confident and able to take initiative. Most importantly, you are an energetic and creative team player, who would like to contribute in making a difference for Kinetico at home and abroad.

Organizational Context
Reports directly to the General Manager in Denmark.Close collaboration with Technical & Manufacturing departments in US, F, UK, Product Management and other Kinetico employees across the globe.
